When we found Kefa, she was being led between barns at Citlali Farm. Though the farm was known for top quality horses, Kefa just didn't appear to fit in. We asked about her, and found out she was for sale! Since we didn't have any broodmares at our barn, we decided Kefa would be the start to our broodmare string. We're glad we bought this mare. She's a handsome mare with good lines; we're excited to see what she can produce in the near future. Kefa is a well rounded, broke mare that enjoys being out in her pasture or in her stall, but always near some sort of company. Due to her being the only broodmare, we will often turn her out with our racing mares like Call The Cops and Highland Flower. She's a quiet, great mare and we're really happy to have her at Windy Lane!
